Hi guys long time not been here! How is everyone?
Ive been struggling with my Arthur Hip pain and am always looking for ways to make it better or ease a bit. The other day i bought Original source Mint and Tea tree shower gel. I wanted a Hot bath but I didnt have any bubble bath so i put it in and it was LOVELY! The mint and Tea tree felt like like menthaol vapours on my joints. It relaxed me in the Hot bath. I didnt want to get out. I really felt my joints relax and i had less pain! I wanted to share this with you all. I hope if someone tries it it works for you! What ways do you use to ease pain

Oh! Fen*al! I have very fond memories of that. For pain I take the dullers then ignore it, distracting myself with reading or doing puzzles. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I'm a puzzle person too ; crosswords and jigsaws on the laptop . I find that focussing on something cerebral takes my mind off the pains . Jillyb0

I know when I'm busy focused at work it does distract from the pain! What I find really bad is the pain first thing when get out of bed! I have to do things in stages! Drives me nuts! I'm getting better at it though!0

I know that the mornings can be tough so, if it proves to be, I take a couple of dullers, 'lie in' for half an hour or so doing gentle stretching exercises etc, then it's case of up and at'em, with some swearing. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi niecee
I remember that make of shower gel, its really strong isnt it, would clear the old sinuses too if need be lol! I think some supermarkets do it often on offer too for £1 so its not breaking the bank and its great its helped you with your hip at wee bit....I cant do baths no more, not after slipped in it months ago but used to love them.....
