    Hello Joan

I haven't heard of this blood test I'm afraid but I did want to say how sorry I am that you are struggling so much (I saw your post the other day).

    Thinking of you.

Nope, sorry Joan, I can't help either. Who is arranging this test and when is it to be? DD

PS Oooh! Oooh! Sudden thought! Is it a test to measure inflammation levels? If there is inflammation in a joint that causes pain.
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Could it be the CRP and ESR tests maybe Joan?
They usually give an indication of pain, inflammation or infection.

Sorry, I can’t help, Joan, but I do hope it enables them to do something that will make you more comfortable. ((()))

    Hi Joan
I am sorry I missed this,
Just wondering if it is anything to do with the OP...maybe the blood test will let them see if the meds are working, or if the dose wants upping.
Whatever it is I really do wish you well , and you never have a moan...that might help just to get things out.
    You take care of yourself
    Lots of love
