pain nerve in neck

am due in a few weeks to have the nerves in my neck lasered.evtdently they have to locate the pain or source of it before they can burn it .has anyone else had this treatment .i know its inevitable but not looking forward to it.any help will be gratefully appreciated.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Just had both hips treated with laser driven cortisone if thats the sort of thing you mean? All happens very quickly, a sharp scratch as they say and voila. I turned my head to watch on the screen.
    Think of it this way, you are in pain - thats why you are having it done - & in my humble its no worse than the pain already experienced. Plus its over in a flash.
