The Good Health section of my daily paper said standing in a freezer is good for arthritis sufferers. I've only got a small freezer, but my forum friends are welcome to join me.

I wouldn't mind, Janet. Thank you. It's difficult being a party pooper, especially when we've had such a rotten summer so far but there is a difference between 14c and raining and 27c and not a breath of a breeze. I wish we could achieve it.
OK what's in the freezer with us? A spot of nice white chilling? Or dry cider? Sounds good to me.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

A good bottle of white definitely, ice cream and strawberries. The lady in the paper said she pays £50 a session and it is well worth the money, but I come cheaper.

Sorry, I think the freezer is a little too cold for me.
So if it's alright with you, I'll sit outside of it. I'll still bring a box of wine and crate of beer though.0 -

You took the words right out of my mouth. Standing in the freezer sounds bliss except for the raynauds

Is there room for a little one? I've got my feet in a bowl of ice cold water and ice packs on my hand, knee and elbow. I'm sure its got to be easier to get in the freezer instead :?0

Goodness gracious me what a fantastic response. With all the wine going around we'll be three sheets to the wind in no time. Think I will have to go and buy a larger freezer though to fit you all in.
Enjoy the rest of the week.
