Hi All'
Ive got RA in both my wrists. At my hospital appointment on Wednesday I got an ultrasound which showed I still had a lot of inflammation. During this scan I mentioned that I had a lot of pain at the base of my thumbs to which the doctor said (without taking the scanner over them) oh thats osteoarthritis. I thought osteoarthritis came on over a period of time? And not overnight which mine did? Any thoughts on this anyone?
Thanks for any replies.
