The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

    Thanks Elna
I do feel for her, such a brilliant athlete and a really nice person...hopefully she will be able to go on and train others.
Wonder if she will join us on this forum.. :)
    Love

I wonder, Barbara! :D Perhaps she could help by doing some kind of "advertising" for AC to help bring better understanding and awareness of OA to others......

Maybe Paula should join AC and we can all surpport her and she could be our patron. Hope she will get through this and aim for next medal in calender. Hope she gets through this tuff patch.
