i'm back from my c t scan

Thank you everyone for your help
i'm back from the hospital i had a canular put in my arm
then i went half way through the c t scanner then i had a blue dye put in my arm then i went back through the scanner it was to scan my abdomen and pelvis i ring the doctor on fri for the results.

    I'm glad you're back safe and sound, it doesn't sound too bad to me but I'm not sure about the dye bit! I hope that the results on Friday show that not too much is amiss and that something can be done to help you, my lovely. Did Sue go with you or did she stay at home? DD

    I've been thinking of you off and on all day, Joan, and I'm glad it's all over now. You sound very matter-of-fact about it but it must have been at least a little scary. Rest up now and I hope the results are good. Please let us know,

    I have been thinking about you all day, Im so glad you are now home..hopefully you will get some answers, then they can sought the anaemia.

    Oh very well done Joan ,Thats the scarybit done with hopefully results on Friday will be good and helpfull for sorting out everything for you hope you have been resting and enjoying a well earned rest ,Marrianne :)

    Another hurdle you've crossed and it wasn't too bad was it?
    Hileena is right...the dye is put in to show up any abnormallities better.
    Its quite facinating to see. If you get the chance to see it in full technicolour have a look. The blue actually does show up a beautiful bright blue. I much prefer the CT to an MRI.
