Why oh why do we push ourselves and then suffer afterwards.
My son is home from the army and decided to have a slow walk to Tesco with him ,its only a 10 min. walk (for normal people) and boy am I suffering now..... can hardly put my leg on floor to walk and then its "ouch" ouch ouch !!!!!! I have had a bath to try help and waiting for diclofenic to take hold now ..... I will never learn will I

Some lessons are just too dull to learn and time spent with sons on home from the army is rarely wasted. Hope you feel better soon LVxx

I spend far too much time on a computer; bad enough at work (although I do have an ergonomic mouse) but then I come home and sit on the PC (where I don't have an ergonomic mouse) or the laptop. Laptop isn't as bad for my hand and obviously not using a mouse helps, but I really should be resting my hands.

We all suffer payback but sometimes it's worth it ! Am sure you feel proud of your son doing such an amazing job , our eldest was in the royal navy for 15 years , we're still brimming over with pride ! Jillyb

We never listen to our bodies when they warn us enough is enough, we always say another 5 mins whe we mean another hour! Your right we never learn!!
