I'm off to spend the day there with my OH.
A stumble on Cley beach, and lunch at the Blakeney. :D
I have big pockets if anyone wants to join us. :wink:
Why shouldn't pocket duties be about the good stuff sometimes :lol:

    Oh! I am so, so envious. Blakeney is one of my favourite places, Mr DD and me had our first honeymoon (all three days of it) at the Blakeney Hotel, I loved it. He's walked from Blakeney to Cley and back again a few times now - will you call into Picnic Fayre for some expensive but oh-so-lovely treats? DD

    Oh ND I will join you...I do love the seaside..wherever it is, but must say I have not visited the Norfolk coast....and I will chuck in with lunch...you have a lovely time.. :D

    I've never been to the Norfolk coast either and I'm always up for something new so, yes, great idea for pocket duties, Numpty. I'm just back with some nice dry cider so I'll bring it along (Hope your pockets are strong)

    (DD, exactly how many honeymoons have you and Mr DD had? Most of us manage with one per spouse.)
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Lucky you, Numpty :!: I love Norfolk too, and have spent many happy holidays there, especially when my children were young. I haven't been to Blakeney for ages, but now you're making me want to go back. It's such a beautiful county. Have a super day, and I will definitely be in your pocket :D

    Norfolk is lovely, I know, I live there right on the coast (walking distance to the sea on a good day). Are you all jealous? Have a nice time Numpty, it's been a lovely warm day here so I am sure you will.

    Never been to that particular section of coast but it looks stunning..

    Well I'm back!
    My joints are complaining most aggressively, and I'm absolutely done in :(
    but man I had a lovely day :D
    Right now I need my chair and feet up.
