as have mentioned my doc has left so need to find one at practice i can feel comphy with and talk to so today made an app with bloke my dad see's he was lovely when went with dad so fingers crossed.
why have i done it at last well have felt so ill last few weeks had headache for 3 days and might be changing meds next tue so want to see if anything i can stop as on blood pressure, allergy tabs and nose spray,eye drops, hrt,co cods naproxen and stomache protector(when needed) hydroxychloroquine,sulfa. well can only ask need to feel better soon i know most of it stress but that does not help me live near normal life (i wish) val

Aww Val you are right about stress... but there isnt much we can do about that, hopefully you have a good appointment and they can help.
This blinking weather doesn't help.. :roll:

I think that's a very wise move, Val. You'll give the new med the best possible chance if you start in the best physical shape possible. If you had headaches for three days, it's much better to try to deal with them first and, who know, it might be one of the other meds that's causing them. Even if it isn't you want rid of them. You have enough to deal with.

I know things must be pretty bad for you to see a doctor, because you don't usually do doctors, do you?
