As my husband always used to say to my Mum when she was advocating some 'remedy' because it was 'natural' - "So is belladonna". I certainly wouldn't take any supplements or herbal stuff with my meth without first checking it out with the docs.
I googled it because I've never heard of it. Once I got past all the sites singing its praises because they were selling it, I found one that said diabetics shouldn't take it or anyone with low blood sugar, anyone on aspirin and certain other meds.
It's basically sugar, albeit a natural one, so of course it'll help with fatigue to some extent. Call me a cynic (and many do) but I'd go suck a boiled sweet instead. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
