Wrong side of the Pennines for me, ichabod, but I hope it goes well.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hi
I'm the North East but just thought I would say that its a great course.
It was the first one i did before I even heard about arthritis courses.
It turns out its very similar except they have people with all sorts of chronic illness......but if its the same one as I attended it was very similar to Arthritis courses
    Love

    Hello Jan,

The course is not condition specific. Any one who has
a long term health condition can join.

I went on an epp self-management course in Derbyshire about a year ago, and it was excellent. I would encourage anyone who lives in north west Lancashire to join the course. It taught me such a lot, and I benefited from talking to other people with arthritis and other conditions. I use the action-plan approach which I learned on the course in my everyday life, and it helps a lot.
