Discharged from Physio.

Hooray finally the day has arrived i got my discharge from Physio.I have been attending for 12 weeks after my 2nd tkr,few minor probs along the way but got there in the end.I was lucky as i got a young and extremely helpfull girl.Will continue now at home to try and build up my muscle strength,hopefully things will only improve more each day.

.Thankyou for your replies.Yes i am on the way to recovery but pity inflammatory arth won't behave as heels,ankles etc are agony.I will be glad to see rheumy to try and get meds adjusted.Kind Regards.x0
