Hooray finally the day has arrived i got my discharge from Physio.I have been attending for 12 weeks after my 2nd tkr,few minor probs along the way but got there in the end.I was lucky as i got a young and extremely helpfull girl. Will continue now at home to try and build up my muscle strength, hopefully things will only improve more each day.

Well done diamond, you've done well in the past three months so this is your reward - DIY physio without the check-ups. It's a good feeling isn't it? I am pleased for you. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
