Went to the gym yesterday and tried the cross trainer and treadmill.

Treadmill a bit strange 'cos I haven't really walked much since the op but it was ok on the slowest speed for 5 mins.

Cross trainer was brilliant :D 5 Mins. on that and I felt really good about the knee :) Also some real exercise for a change.

Afterwards the knee felt much less stiff although did not improve the bend.

Cross trainer is completely different to the bike and the leg does not go full circle, I'll go again tomorrow and try to do longer on the cross trainer and treadmill. :)

You are doing very well. I think 5 minutes on each machine is good at the moment. Don't increase too much too soon. It takes anyone starting on exercise a while to be really good at it.

Glad that you are doing so well. It must help you mentally to know that you are doing something positive to help yourself. Good luck!
