Bruising ?

Good morning everyone hope you are having a painfree day.

Got up this morning and my ankle is all bruised, I have been having trouble with pain and constant aching in both ankles and a bit of swelling for the past month but this is a new one to me. I know I have not banged it or gone over on it. Does anyone else have this problem.

    Bruises appear all the time on me regardless of whether I've banged myself or not. In my case it's the meds that are behind it, sulph especially. DD

    Sounds as if you need some medical advice. :? Bruses can be caused be lots of things, but together with the pain, I'd get a medical opinion from your GP. Who knows, maybe a change of medication or something, might help a lot! :)
