Scan on shoulder - requesting pocket dwellers please!

I usually tend to go to my appointments with lists of symptoms and questions in my pocket but would love a few friendly faces/voices if anyone is around please. I'm having an ultrasound scan of my right shoulder tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10.30 am. As strange as this sounds, I really hope it will show something so that something can do done to fix it. It's really bothering me, especially at night and I'm getting increasingly uncomfortable despite extra pain medication and prednisolone.
Thank you to anyone who has a spare minute or so to pop in or even just for reading this.

I'll be there, Starburst. I hope they find something that can easily be dealt with.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Thank you, my wonderful forum friends. My big Mickey Mouse teddy tried to squash in but, sadly it wasn't to be!
Unfortunately, it was a bit unpleasant. I was bent into all sorts of uncomfortable positions and it was a rather long 15 minutes. The radiologist said the tendons and soft tissue looks fine. Apparently it's very hard to examine the actual joint via ultrasound (which begs the question why they sent me for one!). However, it's ruled out any injuries and it's most likely to be inflammatory arthritis, although nothing can be confirmed.
Thank you again for the support. xx0 -
I'm sorry I missed this Starburst, somehow you slipped under my radar. OK so that's another curate's egg appointment, some stuff ruled out but nothing in particular ruled in. Curses. It is, however, done and dusted so take some dullers to ease the aches and rest up a little. Take care. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
