Max Bygraves has passed away. He's been in a residential home for years since his wife passed away. He was 89 and had lived in Australia in retirement. R.I.P Max.

I liked him very much, Singalongamax. He was a good all round entertainer, I remember seeing him many times on The London palladium and the Royal variety show where he really stole the show.

Max was my Mum's all-time favourite singer and entertainer. My Dad didn't like him, so Mum used to wait until Dad went out and then played Max's records at full volume. I can still see her now as she joined in with the songs; she always looked so happy when she was singing along with Max.
