    Oh very happy birthday Elaine.I know you will get cards and prezzies and your going to have a lovely day ,but we will see you next year with your brand new knee for that walk which is what you really want ....and you know that leg you cant bend now well you will be top dog when it comes to straightening and the bend will be a more slow recovery but it will come just have a lovely day Marrianne :)

    Happy Birthday Elaine. We'll have that meeting and walk around this time next year, and your new knee will be a late birthday present this year and we'll marvel at it and wish you happy birthday face to face next year (hopefully). Have a really, really good day.

    Well so far have had a hefty car bill paid for me by my dad, it was over £450 out of my means and had a nice chinese takeaway last night....
    I do want my operation to just get on that track to recovering and doing my very best...
