In Times of Stress.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change things I cannot accept
And the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to
kill today
Because they got on my nerves.
Also help me to be careful of the toes I may step on today
As they may be connected to the feet I have to kiss tomorrow.
Help me always to give 100%
12% on Monday
23% on Tuesday
40% on Wednesday
20% on Thursday and
5% on Friday.
And help me to remember - when I'm having a bad day
And it seems that people are trying to wind me up - that
It takes 42 muscles to frown but only 28 to smile
(but using more muscles burns more calories)

Wonderful DD......you seriously kissing feet....really?
I've copied this in the hope it will bring a smile to an old schoolfriend of mine...I doubt it though as she never smiles...never did even though shes never had a days illness in her life.0 -
It's turning out to be a great day on CC with plenty of laughs.
DD I looked it up and discovered an alternative last line:
'When I'm having a bad day
and it seems that people are trying to wind me up,
it takes 42 muscles to frown,
28 to smile
and only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the mouth!'
I suspect mig wrote that versionIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
