Very quiet in here today, where is everybody, never mind I will read the daily's and have a bowl of porridge with raisins, no milk or sugar please.
I will have a mug of Redbush tea no milk or sugar to go with it.

I noticed that Trish is stocking Soya milk, although I don't have any milk in my Redbush tea.
No dairy at all for me, except eggs for the protein, but I never could understand why eggs are classed as dairy.
Knocking off the dairy was the best thing, I ever did.

Sorry I might have missed you all, arfa I have cut out dairy ,not sure if its working yet its only been a week...but we will see..has for the internet connection..we have had trouble here for a few days..and so have our neighbors and we are all on different providers :?
I will have some toast and tea and go and have a ponder by the window x

Sorry its a day late...but we ran out of sausages...think I will have a free range boiled egg on toast and a builders...

well i enjoy the food in here at moment as i know it not going to make my tum hurt still loosing weight even though am on steroids never mind see doc week thursday should have some answers going to enjoy hol first and see if can have some treats with no pay back.
now lamb shanks mash veg for dinner who wants some and can some one make the yorkshire puds mine never great must be being a southern softy does it

Been trying to get in to my fuel providers website all evening but it's down for maintenance. I want to make sure they are going to pay me my cashback before I leave them. Given it up for the night. Think I'll sit by the fire and have one of those hot chocolates. Sounds delicious.

Toni, the website came back on just as I was about to go to bed so I quickly sent them a message. Tried phoning but was cut off then there was a message saying the wait was 45 minutes. Grrrrr!

Toni, I finally got through to my fuel provider. The girl said she couldn't help me as the computers were off till Monday for updates. I can try getting through again or they will do a call back but that will be after Wednesday. I explained that I wanted to fix in with a company so needed to know when I will get my money. Not happy. Think I will have a big plate of pancakes.
