Numpty's other wrist needs a rest

Having had her right arm in plaster since the wrist fusion, Numpty's left one is now complaining of overuse. (I think the phrase is ****'s Law  )

She will therefore be lurking but not posting much for a while. However, she will attend all pocket duties.

Take care, Numpty. I hope you can finally get the pot off next week and start to progress towards something like normality.

Numpty, you rest those hands and give us the less cleverer chance to think up some yucky words on the word game to bet yours!! Will miss you on there but I'm sure you will come back fighting with some more discusting words!! You take care and rest your arms & hands.

I am thinking of you, take the best care and don't come back until you are really able to manage without discomfort. You will be missed but we want you better. Simples. DD

Thanks Sticky, and everyone else for your well wishes and messages.
I went to the hospital for the second time on Monday, to get my sutures removed, but there is still too much swelling. We are going to try again next Monday. Third time lucky! All being well, they will remove the sutures and put another cast on. I should be in a cast for a total of two months. The bruising is begining to fade a little now. It starts at my elbow, and goes right down to my finger tips. I have lovely multi coloured fingers
My left hand and arm are still a little sore from all the extra use, but a couple of days rest have helped.
It seems I have aquired a bit of a reputation on "Three Word Story". :o:lol: I blame Sebastian. Anyway, I'm off to see what he's up to now.
    All the best,
    Numpty

It sounds like the long haul rather than quick fix, Numpty. No matter, it’s the end result that counts. Having said that, it must be very frustrating. I hope the sutures, at least, will be gone on Monday.
