The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

Thank you so much for sharing. The blog is really great. I quite enjoy cooking but find it hard and there are some useful tips on there. It's lovely to read a positive article too, proves there is life with arthur.

Totally agree, Starburst, it is a positive article and also mentions that it is not only the old that get arthritis. A joy too, to see such a refreshing photo of a young person getting on with her life the best she can since diagnosis.

I follow her bog and stalk her on twitter what me being obsessed with food....is refreshing to see a positive article about coping with arthritis that doesn't mention apple cider vinegar too!

*typed as I eat my fall back snack for when fatigue hits* mashed up smoked fish with soft cheese (quark today as both OH and I are attempting to eat a bit better!) on toast!

Cheers Elna. I agree it is nice to see that she hasn't given up.

I do find all the standing involved with cooking to be the most difficult issue.
