Back from having my thumb and wrist injection

Just had them done, I had to be there at 7.30 this morning the same hospital I have my hip injections....
Just to let you all know I didn't feel a thing, so if you are waiting to have them done don't worry.
I will let you know in the next few days if they work

I do hope they work, Barbara, and I'm very pleased it didn't hurt. Right, I am now willing t hem to work.....well.....for a long time :PIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Thanks everyone...
I was surprised at how pain less it was compared to my back ones..and hips ones come to that....my back ones are next ... :shock:
I will let you know if they work....just a bit swollen at the min...but know pain...

make sure you take some pain meds before bed just incase glad it was pain free and rest them you know it helps valval0

Wow, that's a result Barbara! No pain and hopefully some gain is on its way. Dont' do too much with those hands of yours and I echo Val's sensible advice - take some dullers if they start to 'tingle'. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

i'm sorry i wrote a message yesterday i dont know what happened to it.
i hope the injection works well for you.
i used to write everyone down when the board changed you can now run the page up and you can see everyone who has answered on there.

I had to take pain meds before bed...mind you I do anyway...its quite achy and doesn't seem to work properly but they did say it would do this for a couple of days....I will be interested to see if it works, has my back and hip ones didnt.I will let you know....
