Painful pelvis,physio?

For the last two years I havehad various joint problems but a lot of the bother has been located in my lower back and hips.I have a herniated disc and have a chronic bursitis.I also have had bad pain in my tailbone on and off,at one point I thought I would never be able to sit comfortably.In the last couple of months I have been having pain in the pubic bone,worse on one side,it was fine on x-ray.Has anyone experienced this?. My physio suspects AS but my HLA B27 blood test was negative.Has anyone had pelvis physio for this issue?.It's literally a pain in the behind!
