A craving finally

It's finally happened, after weeks of doing the regular up chuck routine and wondering how people even contemplate a second pregnancy, I've finally had a craving. Mr LV has just had to trek to the top of the hill to the local Thai for satay chicken and green Thai curry, quite hot. I'm so excited, I can't wait to eat it and have had to have some crisps to stave off a bit of sicky feeling so I don't spoil the wonderful feeling of actually wanting to eat something again, hooray
The added bonus is the trek for Mr LV, pay back for a day of sulking, I like these babies, they're on my wave length with this little urge and it's consequential pay back trek!

That sounds like several results in one, LV. Long may the craving last. I confess, I read the title and thought we were back with lycra :oops:If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Oh LV, that is good news, let's hope it's the end of the morning sickness. If you get a bit of a kick from OHs payback trek as well, that's a bonus0

Oh cravings remember them! Still think of them now and can still remember the thrill and deep satisfaction each gave me. Different cravings with each pregnancy. From cold sausages dipped in cold bread sauce to smoked haddock and salad ( very healthy) served on a bed of cadburys smash ( not so healthy)! Had to be cadbury's smash though nothing else would do ! And home pickled pickled onions the bigger the better ohh and bacon sarnies - not unusual except I'd been vegetarian for years!!0

I'm always up for craving a bit of tasty chap in Lycra! My dinner was delicious, I really hope this is the beginning of the end of the sickness and the start of strange cravings to come, I feel quite bland in comparison to katekelly and her Smash! That said, it was delicious and nothing has been delicious for weeks now.Hey little fighter, things will get brighter0

This brought back memories. I was also vegetarian when I was pregnant and usually ate very healthily. My cravings were for fried sausages, fried bacon, fried egg and chips AND I used to eat them too. What was all that about?
All the best to all those having cravings today . . .0 -
I also had different cravings with each pregnancy. The most favourite one? Hot sausage rolls and mars bars together. Had liked neither before the pregnancy but couldn't pass a baker's shop and kept a mars in my handbag, just in case!
With my youngest it was fresh pears. Had to restrict myself to no more than 1Kg a day.
