I had 2 glasses of wine on Sunday a little while after I'd taken my Tramadol and oh my goodness!! I'd forgotten it said not to mix business with pleasure, but I won't forget THAT again!!
It's made me so sick and headachy so I've learnt my lesson!
I still feel poorly today and I have a bad head cold as well, so maybe my body is just stomping its feet and taking its football home.

I'm pretty sure that tramadol leaflets advise against alcohol. You were probably already harbouring the cold and that could help account for the bad reaction but we do have to be cautious with these strong pain meds. At least you're forewarned for next time.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Oh Chrissie, you got the hangover from hell!! It's easily done, I have to admit I have done it before on a cruise and I remember I had to walk round with sunglasses the whole day (even inside!). Easy mistake made, big lesson learned!0

Oh Chrissie,It really is so unfair every tablet medication has some dire warning about alcohol machinery driving ,As someone who has had far to many hangovers to count .I am now pretty much tee/total ,I have a low tolorance to alcohol in any case ,but chocolate.late nights pickles crisps cheese ,everything seems to have some negative effect ,so guess for most of us it should be everything in moderation ,this morning I dammaged my R/A Wrists tussleing with the lid on my new container of Leflunomide , what is wrong with these chemist they know people have joint problems yet they make these things nigh impossible to open ...and then the tiny writeing in the blurb grRR,Chrissie I am sure you will feel better soon ,guess you always remember to drink plenty of water .Marrianne0
