I have got butterflies in my tummy, in half an hour someone is coming to view my flat, hopefully it will sell this time before it gets reposessed, last year it was sold and it fell through at the last minute, was going to say fingers crossed but know for most it's a bit impossible......well must go and get the coffee on and the bread in the oven ha ha.........Marie xx

    I do hope there is good news soon, Marie. Unfortunately it's a slow market right now and some viewers are only nosying round anyway. With luck, this one will be different.
