I have got butterflies in my tummy, in half an hour someone is coming to view my flat, hopefully it will sell this time before it gets reposessed, last year it was sold and it fell through at the last minute, was going to say fingers crossed but know for most it's a bit impossible......well must go and get the coffee on and the bread in the oven ha ha.........Marie xx

Aw thanks everyone for your good wishes, it seemed to go ok a couple looking for an investment for their daughter, it's the waiting game now will let you know when I hear anything...........Marie xx
