Hi if it's of any help to anyone I was visited by an atos dr who finally diagnosed that my problems were down to depression although all blood tests scans X-rays were positive for RA I appealed turned down went to tribunal turned down applied again was turned down again all the way, went to tribunal again they said they would need another visiting dr report I told them don't bother sending another dr from atos as I couldn't believe how the first one had been, I was seen by a dr from city hosp who is an ot and knew about RA first hand, his report has been put in and he is fully supporting my claim I have to go back to the tribunal when I get a date and they will make a decision on the report but if people knew that they have a choice which I didn't maybe this could help a lot of people.

Full marks for persistence, Christimay. I think many would have given up long before now. I hope you get your just reward in the form of DLA. It's kind of you to let others know what's available.

Well done on not giving up. Again as stickywicket said, this could help others who didn't know that you can appeal against the decision.
