Hi everyone

Im Katie and a newbie on this site :)
Im 20 and i was diagnosed with JIA when i was 9 yrs old.
I have been taking sulfasalazine for the last 2 years which i find help to a certain degree as well as having steroid injections when needed.
Will try and give any helpful advice when i can. :D

Hi Katie and welcome to the forum. So, you're an old hand at this arthritis lark at 20  You can probably give a fair bit of advice, then. I'm glad the sulph is working for you - and the steroid jabs. Living With Arthritis and Chit Chat are the busiest forums. Come and join us :)
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi kate I've just joined and like you was diagnosed with JRA at the age of 2, I'm now 42 and feel like an old timer. Glad the salpha is working for you, I'm now in anti TNF, steroids and morphine but it's all good! I'm so glad to find others who can really understand wot we go through !!
