Hi all

hope you are all well.

My parents are severely doing my head in!! They are questioning everything I eat, every medicine I take etc etc.

I feel like I'm in boot camp!!!

    Hi Barbara

My recovery is bad as I have a bad infection in my foot and ankle and am being seen weekly at the hospital plus my GP is monitoring it.

    Hello Pink

Sorry about your infection - and about the difficulties with your parents. I think parents forget sometimes that we "is all growed up"

tell them the odd treat is good for you yes loosing weight is important but you need to change your eating habits so they will last a life time not just a short diet so tell them you are in it for the long term and get them to get some healthy treats you can snack on and enjoy sorry about your ankle hope it sorted soon val

Oh Pink I am sorry...about your ankle and you parents as well.
It was said.....your eating habits need to change for life not a crash diet that wont last...try explaining that to them so you have to have the odd treat. If you deny yourelf the things you want you'll eventually go on a real binge.

Just wanted to mention 'Jaffa Cakes' are the best biscuit to eat as they are low in Calories! I used to do weight watchers! So you can tell your parents that! :)
