Good AR app for mobiles

I downloaded an app called "Manage my pain lite" from Google Play. It's easily customised so that you can monitor; where the pain is, how the joints are affected, how severe the pain is, anything that made it better and anything that made it worse.
It can also produce a report, which is very handy for hospital or GP appointments. The lite version will only show the last 10 records as it's free, if you want more than that then you have to pay to upgrade but it's still a cracking app.
