If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I hope you find the AC booklet on exercising helpful and interesting. I realise it is not at all in the same league as running but it does keep one more supple and feelng better in oneself.

I have done stretching exercises practically daily for years, some are yoga poses and as the years have gone by and more joints have got cranky for me I have added and deleted exercises from my regime. I have had lots of physio sessions over the years so have got new ideas of what to do from them. It does take me about one hour that is broken up into three parts. 15 minutes hula hooping which probably will not be good for hip probs, standing/bending stretches and lying down on back and stomach exercises. In the evenings I do 10 minutes hard pedalling on an exercise bike and walk or bike locally in the day. I have been doing this regime for so long that I hate to miss it. If I have a busy day ahead I get up really early to get the exercising out of the way.

I wish you all the very best in your new found exercising venture.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.
