UPDATE ON EYE APPOINTMENT

Hi,
Well I got Mr Horrible again.....he wasnt as bad this time. I dont know if he was in a better mood or if he remembered me saying he was not to do anything to me without telling me what he was going to do :lol: but he was a bit better although still "dour" He has gone back to the nasal diagnosis He says that my nostrils are inflammed etc etc. Has given me another spray, and ointment {think its the same as the steroid stuff she gave me the last time....to last for 28 days....not a repeat prescription.
So that was today.....Have to see what tomorrow brings.

    Hey Hileena. Hope your appointment went the way you wanted it to. Do you have to go back again? Sounds like yer man was a bit more agreeable this time.

    Yes he wasnt as bad as before :wink: I have to go back in 3 months time.
    It was 3 months ago I saw the lady, 3 months before that when I saw him and I saw him 3 months before that....so its pretty ongoing.

    Gosh, it is isn't it? I'm pleased to read he was a little more 'sociable' today - I wonder if the dourness is a defence mechanism - it may be effective for him but not so wonderful for the patient. I hope this next lot of jollop does the stuff - what type of nasal spray is it? So many things can cause inflamed nasal tissue and it can make life pretty miserable. DD

    I've just remembered what he said as well as inflammed nostrils.....quite ulcerated!!! The spray is nasonex if that means anything.

    Could have been better: could have been worse, I guess. Not the nice woman but at least the man wasn't as bad as before. I think he's afraid of us now :mrgreen:

    At least todays day procedure is just the unknown.....think the consultant/surgeon os OK Heres hoping he is.
