Hello all,
Have been on Inflix for about two years with no breaks. Today I had a sudden allergic reaction to it and have been told I can't have it again. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
Cheers

I can't help you but just wanted to say I hope the reaction soon calms down. Cris x0

I've never had infliximab but I had something very similar happen to me when I was on gold injections years ago. That was the end of me and gold and the start of a long and happy relationship with penicillamine. I hope your story has a happy ending too.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hello Shaggy
I am so sorry to hear this. I had exactly the same happen to me after
5 years on Infliximab with no problems! Like you, I was told that was it, no more Infliximab but I was lucky enough to be moved onto Humira pretty quickly and now on Rituximab.
Really hope they can get you onto an alternative very soon.
