Just been on the phone to DWP about ESA after having had no money coming in for ten weeks due to DWP incompetence, at last they have sorted things out and will be back dating my claim. Can anyone tell me what happens next please............Marie xx

Give them three working days to put the money in your account, and if it's not in keep on their case you can even ask for an emergency payment through your local jobcenter. If you are receiving housing benefit when you get the payment letter you photocopy it and send a copy to your local council. Xxx

Thanks Loulou and Toni, they said my money would be in my bank on Friday if not I will go to CAB and my Jobcentre on Monday, it's what comes next I am worried about as I have heard of horrendous stories as to what people have had to put up with....................Marie xx

Thanks unsure,Barbara,Fowls, backdated money was paid into my bank on Friday and the dreaded ATOS forms have arrived in the post today, the next hurdle begins........Marie xx
