Am I the only one who is confused by this? Instead of going back an hour it's gone forwards by half an hour. Some of us barely scraped through O-level maths, you know.

Hi stickywicket
So sorry about the AC clock  it's beyond my limited abilities to fix it I'm afraid... but... I have already contacted our webmanager to let her know about the racing clock; hopefully it'll be adjusted soon.
I agree it is very confusing!

I'm confused, I'm using my PS Vita, which hasn't changed its time, and I haven't got round to it yet. So I've got two different times, neither of which are correct :?0

Thanks, ModeratorIA. Much appreciated.
Numpty, for heaven's sake please don't confuse me any more than I already am :roll:If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I don't pay any heed although I did notice today it was fast, the one thing its members are not.

This is still the best on-line clock I've found.

PRETTY PLEASE?
I don’t actually use it to tell the time but it’s a useful device nonetheless eg if someone has posted in the middle of the night I conclude they’re not sleeping well. Currently I am apparently posting when I’m actually in the Land of Nod. I’m easily confused :?If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

It is gloriously eccentric in its habits - I for one am rarther fond of it. I am posting this at 11.25 according to my netbook. Let's see . . . . .Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Cor! A thirty minute difference! I swear it was a different difference yesterday - I'm going to keep an eye on this, it's fun. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hello Sticky

I might be special here but mine is more than 30 minutes different...am I time travelling compared with DD? I posted this at 15.20 according to my computer clock...Hey little fighter, things will get brighter0

No. You & DD are both on the same planet - it's the AC clock that disappears into the 4th dimension every so often. The amount by which it's out varies from 1/2 hour to an hour and 1/2, I think. It changes during the day - Gawd knows when - and changes back again when no-one's looking. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I've discovered that when I log out the AC clock gains an hour, so if someone has posted at 16.00 we know it was actually 15.30 but when you log out they posted at 17.00. Curiouser and curiouser, said Alice. (Leastways I hope it was her who said it!) DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

It was Alice.
I think we're heading for the realms of the Mad Hatter: "Why, this watch is exactly two days slow."If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
