Hi

Is there anybody suffering from D I S H (diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis) I have been diagnosed with this and am in a good deal of pain in my side back and shoulder. It would be good to talk to others with this diagnosis.

best wishes
Wendy :)

Hello, it's nice to meet you but I don't have what you have - in fact I've never heard of it. :? I do, however, understand about pain as I have a fair bit of it. It's not pleasant, is it? I hope that someone who can be more help will come along but we do empathise with the difficulties that on-going conditions can cause. We can offer support and encouragement so please come and talk to us and tell us more about what difficulties you are facing. I wish you well. DD

I hadn't heard of it either though we do have many people on here with various kinds of back disorders and pain. I'm sure they'd be happy to share their experiences with you.

Have you tried contacting our Helplines - by phone, email or PM. They might be able to suggest things.
