I'm happy with this

I saw my rheumatology consultant today and she, beautiful lady,
said my das result means I can continue stabbing myself with humira
which is working as well this time round as it did before. A bonus is that
it also helps against my crohns disease which is a sort of bogof.
She also gave me a steroid injection into my painful shoulder and is
arranging some physio for me.
When I got home my wife said my son had phoned to confirm he had
booked a holiday in the sun with him and his family next year - something
nice to think of as a distraction technique.
All in all, despite the rain, not a bad day.

Hi. Glad to hear you have had a better day, I have too. It makes such a difference doesn't it? That's great that you have a nice holiday to look forward to and something to think about when you are feeling a bit 'down' with all the pain etc. Where are you off to? I've also got something to look forward to as my Son has booked a lovely holiday for us both - not until the end of next year - but well worth waiting for - a Caribbean Cruise on Queen Mary 2 for Christmas and New Year. We have both become 'cruise-a-holics' over the past 5 years. Hope tomorrow is another 'better' day for you. Beryl.
