Arthritis r & tonsillitis together

Hi having a bad flare up just now and a bad lot of tonsillitis, does any one know something to help with the latter my RA is worse in winter but I could get tonsillitis any time of the year, it's not easy do anything to help raise my immune system but I do take vitamin d calcium my thyroxine but it just seems bad at the moment should I take my methotrexate tonight? Any one any advice please. Thanks in advance

    Leaving off the meth this week will boost your immune system so it can fight it off better. Other than that, I'd have a word with the pharmacist. They're usually very helpful and knowledgeable but make sure he knows you take meth.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    I stop the meth whenever I have any sort of infection but that is what the hospital have always told me to do. The downside is that my PsA sometimes has a nip at me but I clear the bugs quicker. DD
