Following blood pressure problems with amitriptyline and dosulepin, I have found something that works for me. Recently read an article which stated cherry juice is the only juice known to contain melatonin which you need in your body to help you to sleep. Was a bit sceptical at first, but it definitely works for me. I drop off to sleep much quicker and, although I don't get the hours I think I need, I wake refreshed and have far more energy to get me through the day. It may not work for you, but it is a refreshing drink all the same.
Have a good weekend everyone.

That's good news and I hope it continues to help. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Janet - I am wondering how you are getting on with the cherry juice. Is it still working for you? May I ask where you buy it?
For the last few nights I have been unable to get off to sleep for a couple of hours and I really don't want to resort to sleeping tablets without trying something else first.
I would appreciate your thoughts.
