Support Groups

Just wondering if there are any support groups for people suffering with arthritis , would be good to meet other suffers in more of a social way rather than just visits to GP & hospital.
If so , does anyone know of any such groups in Norfolk ?

If you phone the AC helpline, they will be able to tell you about any support groups in your area.

Hi Lazicat,
As well as Janet's suggestion you can also go to the top to the bit that says in your area and see if AC have any groups near to you. Here we have none but most of the UK is covered so there may well be something in your area via AC.
They also run courses of challenging pain and anther one who's name I just can;t remember but they are well worth going to as well. Good luck and hope you find something. Cris x0 -
