Mig if you find a spell can you share it with me....my OH shouts at the TV...I think it might be his age...Love

Do you suppose we could have a dual-purpose spell that would also cover those OHs who talk furiously to answerphones. (" My call is not important to you because, if it was, you'd have *****y answered by now." "What do you mean I'm 24th in the ****ing queue? I was *****y 22nd two minutes ago." etc etc)
I've just checked this out on the H Potter speels. Apparently, to temporarily mute someone, we should cry 'Silencio' while jabbing, rather than waving, our wands at them.
Anyone got a spare wand? I seem to have mislaid mine.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

My wands bent, will try and straighten it out, hopefully it will still work if not it will be a rolling pin job. Mig0

 Do you have any Yorkshire genes, mig? You'd make a good 'unIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I don't think you really need a spell Mig. Just walk around the house naked. When I do that my OH always disappears to the pub0

Mine would strip as well,so that's no good :? :oops:mig0

I'm still trying to decide whether or not mine would notice. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I can think of several answers to that, not one of which could be printed on here.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

It would stop mine shouting but then I would have to run not very quick now,oh oh think I'd get caught.0

It nudity fails I usually find a strip of tape across the mouth does the job. This could be getting a bit 50 shades here but I mean fully clothed. Mr LV does the shouting thing at the football which seems odd, as they really can't hear and wouldn't listen anyway. More annoying is when he does it at the tense moment in films, turning even the scariest thriller into something akin to a pantomime with 'he's behind you' kind of stuff.Hey little fighter, things will get brighter0

I would like a all perpose spell for shouting at t.v's, screaming at phones and generally being a moaning old fart!! If you find the spell let me know! Until then I will keep using the duck tape!!0

Wow, Mig! I'd no idea you were so good on a skateboard. What a dark horse you are!If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Would this spell work on next door neighbours? My neighbours have very loud voices. They seem to be shouting to each other rather than talking. They recently got all their floors done. I'm guessing wooden floors throughout and now their voices echo, like they do in a completely empty house. I've got a rolling pin if there isn't a wand I could borrow.Christine0

How about using Sooty & Sweeps old spell ' Izzy Wizzy lets get busy'? Is that still in the book? You can borrow some duck tape for the neighbours if it will help?0

Thanks Bubba. I'll try that one with my rolling pin then, if it doesn't work, come back and borrow that duck tape please.Christine0
