lost 3lb more at slimming world this week and reached my 2stone award and also my club 10 award which means Ive lost 10 percent of my body weight. OH lost 1lbs so he has now lost 1st 1lb.so altoghether we have lost 3st 1and half lbs. :D

    Thanks all for the messages yes we are very pleased with ourselves at the moment as in the last couple of weeks we have had christmassy events on and have not be so in control of what food is available In fact I have a meal out tonight with some friends at a restaurant to go to so may end up being a bit naughty at that :roll: :roll: still I will have to make up for it by being extra good for the next couple of days and hope I still lose next week. :roll:
