    Hi

I had to appeal for my ESA the year before last.

Had a long wait but it will be worth it when you win, have you got a date yet?

Hope you have someone helping like the CAB.

Let us know how you are getting on.

Not got a date yet. I had to appeal last year. Had spoken to dial and they are happy with my submission and they are confident I wil be ok with out there help. I find it very uncomfortable to sit with my legs bent because of the pain in my knees and the dwp are saying I can sit with my legs stretched out.

My agruement is thats just not practical in a work environment
