    21? :lol: That takes me back in time! 62 years old yesterday and so much has happened since I was 21. Had not met my husband at that time and was living in London.

    Thank you, you kind people. :D I had a lovely day even if Ian left at 11 am to attend an ex works christmas lunch. :wink: He returned home about 6 pm. My son and grand daughter came over and as I had not opened any cards or gifts she helped me very efficiently, now that she is 4 years old. I was sent a Devonshire cream tea in the post, which by the end of the day had been demolished and it was delicious. Ian and Lola helped me but I ate the most by far. A beautiful bouquet was received too, my fave perfume, a humungus jar of pickled onions that I can guarantee will be divine as I know who pickled them. :D Gifts from Finland, choccies, lovely warm scarf, another perfume and a CD of carols. Now I must find space for all my cards. I am a lucky girl and have so much to be grateful for.

    Wishing you all a peaceful, painfree-ish time during the festive season and that it will also continue through in 2013. If not, we know where to call in for help and support, which is really good to know.

    :lol: Without hesitation, dear Elizabeth I can say "no". Not that it was an unhappy time, far from it. I do not wish to re-live any of my life, however good it has been in parts, which is just as well, because we cannot. :wink::)
