    Hi all sorry I've not posted recently, now at the moment Val's in need of some healing vib's and some support from us all on here, she's just been off on a short break but is a tad worn out by it all so I thought it would be a good idea to ask you guy's and galls to help me out here if you possibly can?.

    Hi all the news today is Val's back in hospital for a few days, she's OK got loads of visitors to day so will be kept busy in between resting up that is, she should be out early next week so I'll post as soon as she is!.
