Weekly update

Well at my slimming world wiegh in tonight I lost half a pound not a lot but I was happy because at least i lost it and I have now officially lost 2 and a half stone since september 4 months. Oh after losing 3 & half lb last week gained 1lb this week. oh well that's life.

Thanks Mig just losing at a nice rate which i'm happy about and I feeling really good. my mobility has improved a bit losing the wieght. And I have managed to half my codydramol over the last couple of weeks and pain levels have still been managable I am now compleetely weaned of my citalapram since new years day so all is looking good at the moment long may it last.Stay positive always👍xx0

yes I am looking to lose more as I'm still very overweight for my hieght so there is still a long way to go yet but am determined to get there. but I will only go lower all the time I feel ok and don't look ill as soon as i think I look too thin (ha ha ) or I start feeling Ill i will stop.Stay positive always👍xx0 -
Well done to you. How pleased you must be, wish I could lose some weight, hopefully I will when they get this sorted for me.

You are doing amazingly well, best way to do it a little at a time. You keep up the good work! And don't worry about putting a lb on now and then as long as you keep heading to your target!0
