I have been feeling very under the weather last couple of days and just not sleeping well either. I just feel like I have a flu with no cold I've never felt like this before ,I doubt even going to see my doc will do anything as he will just say it will pass any good tips or ideas or is it just a waiting game.I'm not sure if this is related or not it just don't seem to wanna budge.

All I can suggest is that you take things easy and make sure you keep well hydrated. And make sure you eat nourishing stuff as, when one is tired, it's all too easy to grab something easy that is of little nutritional value. If it persists maybe you should contact your GP.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Could be a virus. If it is, it will pass although could take a couple of weeks. If it doesn't improve or gets worse, see your GP. Meanwhile, look after yourself just as Sticky advised.Christine0

This could be a flare of your inflammatory arthritis, this is what it does when the disease is active. Rest, sleep if you need regardless of the time of day and just generally spoil yourself. It will pass, all things do. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I do hope you feel better soon. It is horrible when you dont feel well, but cant put your finger on it. Resting up as you have done today is the best thing.Karen xx0

I'm slowly on the mend finally, I just have a frog in my throat and the kids think I sound funny but no cold and I rang the doctor today and have been advised to have my flu jab due to my new medication I will be starting in 2 weeks, so I am off for that on Thursday so I most likely will be back to square one again as I'm normally ill for first couple of weeks with my flu jab but I'm rather late this year due to everytime I booked I became ill but it's the best thing as once I get past that i'm fine the rest of the year.0

It sounds like the Flu virus I had over new year! I could hardly speak and the more I tried to talk the less voice I had! Until several times I lost my voice completely! My OH loved that!! The virus took me 3 weeks to get over. So my advice stay warm, stay hydrated (Very important) and finally most important REST!! You need plenty of rest to get yourself better, get your energy up to get your matabolisum up to fight bugs!! Hope you feel better soon!!0
