An update on me!

Hi Everyone,
As you know I have had a rough time of it over the past 3 months with my RA, with mix up's in my medication, collasping in work, horrible mood swings. Picked up that flu bug just before Christmas and then took really bad siactica on New Years Eve and then was unable to walk for 3 days.
Also got confirmed that I had a miscarriage in early December, mostly due to the all the drug mix up's that I was on. It was getting so bad that my husband was going to take me to the vet and just have me put down! lol
Thankfully I am finally on the mend now, after having a very difficult 4 months, medication is now sorted at a dose I can handle, now on 15mg on Meth by injection once a week and 3 sulpha tablets per day (I don't take any on Meth day).
Also had another steriod injection last week into the knee and that is doing wonders.
I really wouldn't wish this disease on anyone but the support on here is 2nd to none and I want to thank you all for your help. Hopefully this will be me sorted for the next wee while.
Next consultant visit in April, so we are going to have a chat with him about trying to have a baby and seeing about coming off the Meth. So will see what happens, will keep you all posted.

Debra,
I'm so pleased to hear things are looking up, you've been through some truly torrid times and seem to have kept going - that's one thing arthritis does give people, resilience and tenacity and a strength to keep holding on. Good luck with keeping the control and with the baby plans. Make sure you keep us posted on you.

It's good that life is on the up again. I hope it stays that wayIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
