Today is a brighter day .. For what feels like months of bad days today i finally feel a little more at ease with the pain. Yay !!

Im also feeling much happier today which is probably because in out the house and not stuck in bed. Right at the moment im sat in Starbucks waiting for my friend drinking frapachino. Nom nom :)

Pain: much more bearable in not sure why im feeling okay but im not going to moan just enjoy.

    Hi Tanya

Thank you so much for letting us know :D

Might be the pain is less and being with a friend and the sun shining and the frapacchino all mixed up, but whatever it is I am so pleased for you!

    Enjoy yourself

    Love

Learning to recognise the good days is also part of the learning curve. Glad things are better for you and long may it last. DD

That's good. I hope you manage to collect quite a few more. Enjoy the good days. Try not to overdo things too much as you'll pay for it if you do but, if there's going to be payback anyway, make sure it was worth it
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

That's good to hear Tanya and I hope you will have many more 'good' days to follow :).

Glad you had a good day Tanya, it is a learning curve, but you need to learn to listen to your body and it will tell you when it's tired and need to stop and rest. Fingers crossed there's more good days to come.
